The proximity to key attractions was excellent, making it easy to explore. Staff were attentive and the entertainment in the evenings was enjoyable and engaging.

Enjoyed a peaceful night in a quaint twin room. The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially during meals. The menu had a delightful twist but could offer more basics. A tip, if you're uncomfortable with stairs, consider requesting a lower floor room to avoid the climb!

i enjoyed my stay at the imperial. my twin room was quiet and clean. the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the shopping center, which was super convenient. the staff were cheerful and offered great service, especially when warning me about the basic evening meal options for coach party guests.

An Enjoyable Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. Despite the entertainment ending earlier than desired, we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a bottle of wine. Had a great time at this hotel! We really enjoyed the live music and the cozy TV lounge made for perfect relaxing nights. Just a small thing, it would’ve been nice to have some little treats in the room for our anniversary, but overall a fab stay! 🎉

Worth it for solo travelers

The room was quiet & the staff remained cheerful, polite & sympathetic in their well-rehearsed & much used apologies for some management policies. They also kindly warned me in advance the evening meal was a minimal & basic menu for the coach party people who were mainly infirm & not mobile.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.
